Happy Winter Solstice "冬至快乐“

TODAY is one of our Chinese important day!!... WINTER SOLSTICE "冬至“!

I was wake up early than other day where 6.30am already wakeup!

After had my morning brush up, then head to kitchen to prepare the ingredient to make the rice ball "汤圆"

It was the 1st time of my life have to do tangyuan by myself......

Normally I was at home enjoying my mom handmake tangyuan.....

however, this year have to pass the day in CAMPUS...... so sad~~~

And i was trying something special where I do the tangyuan mix with potatoes.....Weird right?? hahaha~~

1st step: boild the potato so that easy to make like mashed potatoes.

2nd step: add in the glutinous rice flour and small amount of water......

3rd step: after the mix done, just use hand to make it into the ball shape!

4th step: cook it in the boiling water for about 3 to 5minutes! and its done!

Here is the soup that mix together with the rice ball....

There are 3ingredient only~

1. Ginger

2. Pandan Leaves

3. Gula Malacca

Luckily we still able to get a better gula malacca in labuan~ hahaha!!!

Here is the outcome that I spend my morning to do it!!

Haha...Its Sunday.....
The once a year of 冬季 "Chinese Lunar Month of Winter Day" is coming soon!
This year is very sad....I was not home to celebrate the day with my lovely family....
However, My UNI KAKI already form an event where all of us gather together have dinner
where each of us cook few dishes and eat together!!
Its cool right??? have Family FEEL!! wuahahahha
So.......Today I was try to cook 1 dishes which will do on that day....
but it was FAIL instead of success......

Here is this....the one that i cook FAIL!!
I was trying to make Butter Chicken.....
but I think success in the butter floss bah!! hahahha!!!

Hopefully that day I able to cook a nicer look of dishess instead of this one la!! :P
by the way....I also make a steam egg as my lunch too~~

Oppsss~~~
Now already half semester already!
I have to spend my 2 weeks raya holiday at Labuan~ due to no money to buy flight ticket back to home town~
hahaha~~ but i think i still can survive at here because of the water supply are recovery!
I enjoy my cooking section everyday~~ save money too!!! hahaha~~~
this 2weeks holiday have a lot of task have to settle it down! if not~ i sure die!! hahaha~~~
and i start learning using Cs3 photoshop too!! hahaha~~ hope really can master it ASAP~ hehehe~~~

Well, back to labuan, mean I start to waste money already! hahahah~
Had an enjoy saturday with My 38 Gangs Senior~ hahaha~
Eat,Sing,and club! Love it so much~ long times no entertainment like this since the Sem Break back to hometown and get a Part-Time Work! hahaha~~~
We had a great dinner at a restaurant name "綠洲“ Golf Field Restaurant.

Its already 3rd weeks of my 2nd year life~
its no more easy work like 1st year in my Uni life~
Assignment started become mountin in the early of the sem!
really Tired la~ this week already start Burn Midnight oil to finish those Tutorial work!
I cant really imagine how would it be when come to Final!
just Hope everything can run Smoothly~
by the way~ our Hostel is doing Upgrade on the piping and installing a Water Pumper so that the water can pump up to our hostel! hahaha~
Is waiting the Room Come out with Clean water! hahaha~

1 Year already~

The times pass very fast~~~
Still remember the 1st time take flight from LCCT to Kota Kinabalu for my UMS MSM~
and now~~~ Already 1 year pass~~~
in this 1 year~~~ a lot things happen and make a big changes in my daily activities~
The biggest changes in my daily activities is~~~
I start to be a Clubbing Leg~~~~ on the 2nd semester of my Uni,
I everyday saturday sure will hanging around BW lounge with those friend : Kevin, Hien, Liau, VM, and so on~
and even meet some ppl in there~~~ hahaha~~ don know is good or bad~~~ but i love it very much~~~
Now, is my sem Break....which around 2month. but.....I don think i will have enough rest for this 2 month~
coz I start my Part-Time on the 2nd week of my holiday~~ and glad that...I found a part time job~
if not...i sure will waste the 2 month times hanging around done nothing~~~
Anyway......Wish all my friend have fun in their holiday~~~
and~~~ Going to be Senior liao lo~~~ hahahahaha~~~~~ XD

Wow, its already 1 weeks of My Final Exam!
seen like this week was a hardest week that i pass~~~
However, its already pass oh~~~XD
don know is happy or no happy at alll~~

After the CNY holiday! Back to this waterless campus~~~~~

Well, after I have go to the temple for praying. My parents bring me and my lovely cousin Joe go eat lunch at a Nyonya Restaurants oh!

This restaurant food is consider moderate for me! haha~~~

While we waiting for our food, we have order each of us 1 bowl of nyonya cendol! its delicious too!

Lian Pan Gong Temple 7-12-2009

Every years of Chinese Lunar Date of 21st October, I sure will go to a Temple for Pray!

The temple name is "Lian Pan Gong, 莲盤宫"

I will go this temple because of when I was small alway get sick, and my parents go this temple to pray for me...and I get recover, so I every year will go for praying. just once a year! haha!!

Really "You Qiu Bi Ing" XD

This temple have a lot of praying things which are setting till very neat and beautiful!

Every year we can see that the Dragon Heat Decoration with the praying paper!

Well, I had saw a lot of prayer bring different type of things come to pray for the god!

such as chicken, fruit, kuih, and so on!

But then, I had found that, some liquor in the table oh! even have 18years Chivas oh!! XD!

Beside chivas and other liquor, also have found a birthday cake for the god oh!

The Temple every years also have a small parade around the kampung! when I reach the temple, they just want to start the parade!

after the parade end, the temple member will light the fireworks.

Here is the uncle prepare to light the firework oh!

Anyway, Children don simply play those fireworks oh!!wuahaha!!

Wow, today just finish 2 papers in this final sem examination!!

What subject today????

1. Communication Corporate - 9am

2. Hubungan Etnik - 2.30pm

Haiz...........I think i done very bad in my Communication Corporate oh....tat is dam hard....4 questions in the paper....i think i only done 1 question mia........so sad........but the luckily is my carry mark of this communication corporate is 57%.....haha.....that mean i already pass for this subject.....so i no much worry about this........haha~~~~~~~~~~and.....i would like to take this chances to thank all my communication corporate group which done very good job in presentation......which we all didnt think is the best.....but we get the highest mark oh!!! congrate~~~~~

Haha.....about the Hubungan Etnik oh......we all very geng one.........after 30minutes exam...we all already pass up exam paper and come out the exam hall!!!!......its because the question are in objective which can choose and even tikam~~~~ haha~~~~~~~

Anyway.......in the coming week I still have 3 subjects to go..............all must +u +u oh!!! do our best!!!! And............after the final............We must Enjoy in our Sem Break oh!!!! Wuahaha~ XD

Haha.......last Friday,(30-10-2009), my UMS-Kal punya gang help me celebrate Birthday oh! Haha....the most important is....I have 2 gang of ppl help me celebrate oh!!! really very happy!!! haha~~~

In the afternoon 3pm, the gang of Wendy,Hui Xian,Xian Cheng was helping me and Cheng Kor Celebrate our 2 Birthday oh!!

Cheng Kor Birthday is 1st November and my one is 7th November.....

Haha......the afternoon celebration was take place at our only one Shopping center UK , Pizza Hut shop~~ hehe

In the night~~~ there is another group of friend help me celebrate my birthday again~~ wow~~that is such a great for me.....in 1 day have 2times of birthday celebration for me~~ haha~~ they are Thong Seng, Shys Yi, Kok Hooi, Andrew, WenMi, Mavis, Elaine, Hong Pheng, and Mrs Tan.....haha~~~

1st Year 1st Sem UMS-KAL Final Exam!

Wow......today our UMS-KAL Final Exam Started already~~~
Haha~~~ Morning 9am-12pm was my 2nd Final Paper which is Microeconomic!
The progress of this subject is so messy!!! We all students totally don know which hall is our place to sit for this exam......we all last minutes just get the list of sitting.....so terrible....totally don any any systematic at all!!!
haha~~~~What to do?? this is UMS-KAL~~~ Haha.....XD

there are 5questions need to answer, however, i think i just knew to answer 2questions mia~~~ so.......prepare i am prepare to Die~~~~

Wow.....I just reach home o!! Tonight....ermmm... should say is 21th July night!!
Was one of my Happy Night in this year gua!! but also say ok ok lo!! lolz!!
At night!!! 8pm.....Uncle Kiong was come to fecth me , mom , and father with my uncle Richard go for dinner at portugist village have seafood meal o!! We total order 6 Dishes....That is Sambal kerang , Ikan Bakar , A Egg Crab , Fried Sotong , and 2vegetable!! Its was so delicious!! We all very enjoy it!!
After we have finish enjoy the food!! Uncle Richard suggest to go GoGo KTV Box.....
Then we straight go for the places!! lucky!! when we reach the KTV.....there still have small room for us!! then we have a 2hours singing in there!!!
The most happy thing in the KTV box is Uncle Kiong praise my Vocal improve alot!!
Haha!! so happy to hear that!!! Maybe is I too like to singing gua!! haha!!!

Time pass very fast!! Now already night of the day!!
Today have nothing much thing happen!!
Afternoon was very tired!! after back school!! I have no much time to rest!!
But then.....6.00PM have to go My Eco Tuition!!! Luckly I have take 30minutes Nap!
The 30minutes Charging make me have the energy to hold till now!!
howerver....Now my eye already blur blur and feel like wanna to sleep already!!
and I also don know what to type in here!! so Blur!!!!!~~~~~~~
I think today my post will be the most bad and the most useless post!!!
